Rent Ready Coordinator – FBS Property Management (San Diego, CA)

FBS Property Management has been caring for homes, people, and investments in San Diego for over 50 years — and we’re growing our team! We’re looking for a Rent Ready Coordinator to help us make sure every property is beautifully prepared and ready for its next resident.

If you thrive on organization, communication, and the satisfaction of seeing a project come full circle, this might be your perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee the “make ready” process from move-out to move-in.
• Perform property assessments, coordinate vendors, and track progress.
• Manage and create work orders with accuracy and urgency.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with a calm, professional approach.
• Work closely with our Marketing and Leasing Supervisor Maintenance and Accounting team to keep everything running smoothly.
• Communicate updates clearly to vendors and the internal team.

Who You Are
• A proactive problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities.
• Detail Oriented and can handle high turnover season as well as find projects during the slow times.
• A confident communicator with a “get it done” mindset.
• Someone who understands that managing homes means managing people and expectations too.

What You Bring
• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with property inspection or work order software is a plus, but we can teach that!
• Reliable transportation, insurance, and a clean driving record is required.
• A calm, collected attitude under pressure — and a sense of humor doesn’t hurt.
