Hi Everyone,
I hope all of you are well.
I want to share with you some information about recent changes in the real estate realm in order to create more homes for sale. Here are two huge new options:
1) Bridge Loans, (check out: Knock.com). Unlike traditional home sales, where you can miss out on your dream home while waiting for your current house to sell, the Knock Home Swap gets you into your new home first, then we sell your current home. I recently became a Knock certified agent, and here to help you.
2) Prop 19, which passed in Nov. 2020, allows California sellers 55 and up (and others who qualify), to transfer the taxable value of their primary residence to a replacement primary residence located anywhere in the state.
There is a lot to explain about these options: please contact me for any questions and concerns. In the long run, there are going to be more homes to sell in 2021 than last year, which is good news for buyers too! Let's talk soon to take advantage of this incredible market.
