Don't wait until interest rates start to rise after this election.
30 yr loans are 3.375% or lower ! Take cash out to pay off debt, add an addition, or buy an investment property. Rentals in San Diego are getting harder and harder to find. Statistics say next year rents will be 4-5% higher. Don't let your kids get priced out of the San Diego market. With FHA loans you can help them buy a place for 3.5% down. A $300,000.00 condo is less than $12,000 down. Call me if I can help !

Interest rates declined last week and were actually under
4% again for the first time in 2 years. If you or anyone you
know has a 30 yr mortgage with a rate over 4.5%, it might
be worth taking a look are refinancing. Adjustabe loans
are in the 3's so if you are looking at a short term in your
residence, an adjustable just may be the way to go.

I have a friend who may be listing her home for sale in June.
She lives in Tierrasanta. 4/2 about, with a 2 car garage. Nice
view lot and I am not sure of the square footage, maybe 2500 she is going to ask 600k.. Kitchen has been remodeled. Know of anyone looking in the area, please let me know and I will pass this along to her.

So all of my years of doing loans I just learned something new.
If a veteran is 100% disabled and owns a home, they are eligible to have their property taxes reduced. Amazing,.... be sure to pass this along if you know of someone who could be using this information.

We are a direct lender and can close loans quickly. I still believe in personal prompt and caring service. I know I don't always have the very lowest interest rates, so it's hard to compete with all the adds on the radio, TV, and internet. I still want to meet my clients in person, shake their hands, and listen to their needs and get to know them and their families. For all my clients who know me and have known me over the years, you know what I am talking about. For those people who chose to email, go for the lowest rate, and not care to ever meet the person who may be making the biggest loan for them in their life, good for you too but when you find it 's not working for you, or maybe the next time, try me.... So as the stock market continues to improve, we may be seeing mortgage interest rates on rise. If you know of someone who has been waiting it out to see if we have hit bottom on rates, this may be the time. We have hit bottom, as rates were 3.25% on a 30 yr loan and now have been steadily at 3.5% or a bit higher.
You don't have to have 20% equity to refinance.

Have you noticed lately how few for sale signs are in your neighborhood? There are lots of buyers out there but no homes to buy. With interest rates at an all time low and no inventory to buy, this could be the perfect time to sell your home. Most
homes that are priced right are selling within hours of going on the market.
Let me know if you know of anyone even thinking they might want to sell their home in the next few months.
I can market the home to all the buyers we currently have on our wait list and may be able to sell the home and reduce the commission the sellers pay!

Interest rates are still amazing. 30 yr fixed 3.5%... 7 yr Arm loans
are as low as 2.5%. Thinking of selling in a few years, how about an ARM loan to get the principle paid down faster. !! We close
loans in 25 days or less. USDA has 100% financing for certain
rural areas of SD County. PMI is very low on that loan and the seller can pay off of your closing costs.
Don't forget, I do VA and FHA loans too !!
