Team Bourda is comprised of three Realtors: Brad Bourda, Ryan Bourda, and Richard Bourda. Brad and Rich started the team in November of 1997. Once Team Bourda became established in the San Diego Real Estate market it was realized that more help was going to be needed. Ryan was recruited in 2001 to fill that gap. With the addition of Ryan, Team Bourda has been able to assist many more clients in the San Diego area. When established in 1997 Team Bourda chose to join Coldwell Banker. The I-15 corridor provides a strategic and central location for a full-service Realtor working in the San Diego area. Coldwell Banker offers the best marketing programs and the best Realtor support system a brokerage can offer. Team Bourda is a group of professional Realtors dedicated to the Realtor Code of Ethics. Brad Bourda is a member the Professional Standards Committed at the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR.com). As a member of the committee Brad Bourda sits on panels that hear allegations of ethics violations against fellow Realtors brought about members of the public or other Realtors. This volunteerism shows the high level of commitment to ethics this real estate team ascribes to. Team Bourda also offers property management services. Whether it is a leasing agent or a full service property manager that you need Team Bourda can handle it all. Management of multi-unit properties, single family homes, or condominiums and townhomes is available. We have been managing properties for our clients for over five years and our own rental properties for over forty years!
