🏠 Why Should Real Estate Agents Own a Home... or a Few, Themselves? 🏠

Have you ever wondered why some agents sell real estate but don't actually own any themselves? 🤔

As a dedicated expert and professional in this field, I believe that owning a home—or multiple properties—provides invaluable insights and credibility. I highly recommend you ask your agent prior to hiring them and here's why:

First-Hand Experience: Agents who own homes understand the emotional and financial stakes involved in buying or selling a property. I own several. Agents who own have been through the process themselves, & can genuinely empathize with their clients wayyyy differently.

Belief in the Product: If an agent doesn't invest in real estate themselves, it raises a crucial question: Do they truly believe in what they're selling???? Owning property demonstrates a personal commitment to the value and benefits of real estate investing!

Knowledge and Expertise: Homeowners face unique challenges and joys that *only* come with ownership. Agents who are also homeowners can offer nuanced advice THROUGH EXPERIENCE and share personal situations that enhance their professional guidance.

Skin in the Game: When agents have their own investments at stake, they have a deeper understanding of market dynamics, property maintenance, and long-term investment strategies.

SO MY QUESTION FOR YOU!

Do they practice what they preach? An agent who owns property is not just selling a dream—they're living it. 🌟
