Just sold the Wagenhals/ Brown House, Historical Landmark No 593. Escrow was opened last Monday and successfully closed today at $2,900,000, $105,000 over the asking price. My sellers are extremely pleased which makes me very happy. The transaction was short and very smooth.

It was truly an honor to represent the sellers and be part of the next chapter for such a meaningful property. Yesterday I had the opportunity to close on a truly special home, representing the buyer. It’s one of those properties that’s hard to fully capture in photos . It's the kind you have to experience in person to fully appreciate.
