SOLD! It was pleasure working with the Sellers of this 3BA/2BA single family home in . They are a retired couple living on the East Coast and they were ready to move along their family home after so many years. They are both smart, honest, kind people and I’m thankful to have met and worked with them.

The property was sold to a new family moving into the neighborhood and we hope they create many great memories in that home as my clients have. 🙌🗝️🏡

As we head further into December, I've been taking stock of this past year and how fortunate I really am. I'm blessed to have people that inspire me to live harder and really experience the world. People that not only care about me but make me want to be better. Personally and professionally. To everyone whose been there for me, you mean the world to me and I'll be forever thankful. Here's to a great holiday season with friends and family!

It's been an incredibly hot market here in San Diego and I'm so proud I'm able to say we set another new all time highest sales price from comparable properties in the same complex!!
