To Buy or not to buy : That is the question.

Whether it is nobler in the mind to buy and suffer the slings and arrows of a potential down market or to take arms against a sea of potential financial troubles, and by opposing, end them -by killing the idea of owning your own home and continuing to pay rent -or if you own your home already but it doesn’t fit your life style any more -stay anyway. Or not investing in cash flowing property because “it’s not a good time.” Waiting. Waiting in this short life of ours for the hope that a better day will come where you will feel good about buying another home or as in the first case, you will stop paying someone else’s mortgage as a renter and pay your own. Waiting for the right timing. This not the right answer. Waiting is not the right answer because time itself is needed for equity growth. Sometimes more time, and sometimes less, but -time -always.
Folks who own their homes and buy rental property are guaranteed wealth building and a sweet retirement. This wealth building and hedge against inflation is not more evident than it is today. If you own real estate, you have recently gotten richer-while the stock market, bitcoin, and other modes of investment have been so volatile as to cause you enormous losses as well as a nervous breakdown. If your money is in real estate- you have prospered. If not, it is time to pursue it. This doesn’t mean that you should buy whatever hits your fancy- you still must look for good deals and for an agent that is a great negotiator- fighting for your interests, and advising on best choices for future growth. But the worst deal is not making any deal at all. Call me to brain storm on this subject and how it affects you. The process is individual. However, The answer will always be the same: Play the long game: buy and hold real estate : It is not the timing of the market but TIME IN THE MARKET which will create wealth and security for you and your family. Always Over TIME! And the time is ALWAYS NOW!
