Anyone have a fixer home in the South Bay, anything south of the 94, that they want to sell? Maybe a neighbor you might want to give me the address to that you would like to see move on? Condition is not a factor (hoarder homes welcome!!). I have a buyer that can make everyone’s life painless and happy!! Hello South Bay friends!!

If every home has a story to tell, this home would speak of the many years of a happy family living here, children raised here, grandchildren that visited and stayed here, and then finally the great grandchildren that also have memories here. Four generations of memories. This home has quite the story to share.

I was blessed to be asked to sell this home. I am always grateful for the trust a family gives to me when hiring me to be their realtor, a trust that I consider to be worthy of 1000 percent of my many years of experience. Each client deserves my full time attention, and that is what they get.

Enjoy a San Diego Holiday tradition! When I was growing up this event was Christmas on the Prado and it was always so exciting to see the "live" nativity with real people and animals. Go early, have fun!!
