Just me on the hunt for 🏡 inventory 🤪

Why are sellers not selling? Two reasons:
➡️Many homeowners are equity rich
➡️Many homeowners have low mortgage rates

Mortgage rates will come down when the Fed begins quantitative easing when two things happen…
➡️inflation needs to get closer to the magic 2%
➡️Unemployment rate actually needs to rise

What if you need to buy (or sell now)?

Please consider a mortgage rate buydown to allow you to purchase at a lower rate (2% lower!) now. Then refi when rates come down.

Housing prices are going to decrease anytime soon thanks to a severe lack of inventory. Get in now and start earning equity.

Do you ever feel like life is just a giant rat race; always going, going, going? When I start to feel like I’m losing my focus and ability to keep track of what really matters, I always turn to nature🙏🏼

Feeling the dirt under my feet, the healing rays of sun on my face, the wind blowing my hair ever so slightly, I am able to come back to breath.
