I am a firm believer that every dollar should be an employee that works for you. In this article, I will discuss good debt vs. bad debt and how you can leverage your equity to work for you.

I never knew that there was such a thing as good debt when I was younger. After all, school systems don't teach you practical skills that you need to get ahead in life, like how to use debt to your advantage.

Not all real estate agents are created equal. A good real estate agent will guide, consult, and teach you. They will want to understand your goals so that they can help you achieve them and open your eyes to things you may not have considered yet. They will do more than just put buyers on an email drip and list a house on the MLS. They will have suggestions on how one might be able to afford to live in a state like California, when the cost of everything is going up and your pay isn't. Look for a real estate professional who has your best interest in mind and not their own. After all you are the client.

Even though I am a licensed agent I have always had little respect for your average real estate agent. In fact, it's because of real estate agents that I have worked with, that I now have my real estate license.
