Congratulations to my seller, Bill Lafferty and his dad, Gene Lafferty! It took a bit to sell this property but the right buyers came along. Congratulations to buyers Chris and Jenni. It's amazing how these buyers came along. Chris had met Gene, who passed away last year at 100 yrs and 9 mo old. He was a retired Navy Vet and retired Union Carpenter. Chris volunteered through the Union to help retired Union Carpenters during COVID. He met Gene and they hit it off. He was so sad to learn of Gene's passing and decided he wanted to buy Gene's property. I'm so excited for Chris and Jenni and that this property means so much to Chris. Their agent couldn't make it down from LA so I was happy to hand them their keys.
