picked up by a woman who lives in SD. She must have thought the dog was lost; she's a beloved family pet.

White chiwawa mix, long legs, big ears, small tumor on her front rt elbow. No colar as she was in the car. Is micro chipped, but was rescued and info is probably not correct.

While on a potty break at the Stater Bros in Redlands, Frankie was put on the seat while a larger fog was being put back in the car and she hopped out, looking for her Mom in the store. Within minutes, someone picked her up and took her across the street to a Vet hospital. The owners looked all over for her and missed this woman at the Vet office by 5 min. She said she lived in SD and was in a hurry. They directed her to a shelter, but Frankie never arrived.

We are devastated. Please help us find this woman and get Frankie home safely 🙏
