What makes me different than most? 1. i help each one of my realtor partners market, so when i sit down for coffee with u i ask do you door knock, mail flyers, call fsbo's , expired , divorce, probate, cold call, craigslist, facebook, zillow, etc.. if your not answering yes to all of them , i work on a plan with you to do so. for example i met a realtor focusing on divorce leads, i said lets market using books where we are on the cover so we look like experts and lets drop them on divorcees doorsteps and lets door knock divorce attorneys, we are having much luck. 2. at my office (leading mortgage solutions we have 4 loan guys and 8 processors, so we can close loans quickly .. 17 days! 3. we do all types of loans, if another bank turns it down we can usually find a way to do it. 4. we can push debt to income limits, most banks can do 35-45% we can go higher upto 55-60% ! 5. follow up , most loan officers take a loan app and forget about the customer, i walk them through the process, and keep reminding them to send in their info so we can get them approved to buy. 6. i have an awesome CRM thats leaves voicemails without the phone ringing , texts, emails automatically 7. we have a credit repair department so if u have a buyer with bad credit, send em to me, ill get their credit fixed up for free and circle them back to you in 6 months 8. buyer leads, i'm getting 1-3 buyer leads a day off my online marketing effort and on average im handing pre qualified buyer leads to my realtor partner 5-8 times a month. 9. i have vacation rentals in big bear, lake arrowhead and palm springs i let my realtor buds use..10. i can preapprove your borrower in 30 mins, most lenders say 24-48 hours 11. i always answer my phone and if im not available i have an assistant who is ..
