Did you know I have a degree in architectural design? I’ve always loved understanding how a home comes together—from the layout to the construction, right down to the details behind the walls. Interior design was another passion of mine too.
Neither path fully opened the way I expected, but becoming a realtor has truly captured my heart and soul. Looking back, I believe this path found me for a reason.

Today, I had the chance to tour new construction homes, and wow—things have changed. The way homes used to be compartmentalized has completely shifted to open-concept living. And the design trends? We’ve gone from orange s**g carpets to minimal palettes of whites and greys. construction
