My name is Josh Taylor and I am a native Australian who has had the amazing opportunity to reside in the beautiful city of San Diego for several years.

Being in the area for many years has given me extensive knowledge of the market and its trends. I have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Marketing and have utilized my education paired with my self-motivation, hard work, and quick thinking to flourish in the real estate business. Outside of my real estate profession, I have served as a lifeguard for the City of Solana Beach for more than four years. I pride myself on my public service which I put into practice both professionally and personally on a daily basis. On my days off you can often find me surfing the San Diego coastline, which in turn gives me exceptional knowledge of the coastal communities in the region. It is my goal to make my clients more knowledgeable about the buying and selling process so they can walk away more confident in making a real estate transaction. What started as a renovation turned into a history project.

We’re working to have The Brunswick historically designated after uncovering the story behind the property.

If approved, the property may qualify for the Mills Act, which offers significant property tax savings in exchange for preserving and maintaining a historic property.

We’re documenting every step, from historical research and archival records to the designation process and, hopefully, a Mills Act application. Stay tuned.
