Not every deal is a home run. ⚾️

Some transactions are smooth, straightforward, and wrapped up in a matter of weeks. Others require patience, persistence, creativity, and a whole lot of work.

We recently closed a sale in Imperial Beach that took 11 months from start to finish (one of the longest sales of our careers). The property was impacted by the ongoing environmental and sewage challenges in the area, which made finding the right buyer anything but easy.

There were plenty of moments when it would have been tempting to throw in the towel. But we kept working, kept marketing, kept communicating, and kept looking for the right buyer.

And eventually, after multiple price drops and creative marketing strategies, we found them. 🙌

This is the side of real estate you don’t always see on social media. Not every deal is easy. Not every property gets multiple offers. And sometimes, success means staying committed for eleven months to get a deal across the finish line.

The best agents aren’t just there when things are easy—they’re there when things get difficult, too.

Another challenging transaction closed. Another happy client. And a good reminder that persistence pays off. 🏡 🙌🏼 We are grateful to our seller for trusting us through this process and are happy for her to be finished with this chapter.
