This one was a special. 🙌🏼

My childhood friend 정훈 Chris whom I grew up with that always felt like family recently got married and reached out to me to start the next chapter with his wife Lauren. It’s definitely a different feeling when you’re helping family buy a home. When offers aren’t accepted, it’s much harder to break the news but the end results were that much Moe rewarding.

They were patient throughout the process and out of the offers we submitted, the one they loved the most got accepted. I truly believe that with patience, commitment and understanding the market, what’s meant to be yours will be yours.

Ladera Ranch was a community life never heard of. I knew their home was amazing but the community is insane. They have club houses, water parks, tennis courts, basketball court, skate parks.... 🤯

So happy for my childhood and life long friends Chris & Lauren. Can't wait to see you guys thrive & start many more chapters of your lives in your stunning home! 💕

As a local jn La Mesa, Tresa walked in late one night not knowing what to do with the home she grew up in. Her mom passed end of 2019 following the passing of her son a few months after. It was too much for her to bear living in the home so she packed a few of her belongings and left. For half a year squatters we’re going in and out completely destroying everything inside. My client is all about lucky numbers and today on 2-22-22 we got into escrow!!

Mira Mesa has become that one neighborhood no one expected to blow up. With new homes being built, new development and more tech companies moving in, the value of homes here have sky rocketed. My clients were smart to jump on this home that sits on a flat 5,300 square foot lot. The perfect layout out to build an ADU! Once the ADU and the surrounding developments are completed, this home will easily triple in its value.

Buying a home isn't always about how big the square footage is. It's about LOCATION. The three things that move real estate is price, condition and location. In my personal opinion, location is the MOST important. You can have a small studio in a very desirable spot that would be worth more than a 5 bedroom in the middle of nowhere.

JUST SOLD! 🎉🥂

Story Time:
🌃 It was a late Sunday afternoon and I had never met Josh & Stephanie until our actual first showing together at this very home. They toured the property, asked a few questions and thanked me for showing them before they left. I thought that was the end of it haha.

⛰️ I decided to stay back longer and personally take in how extravagant this home was. This home had 22' ceilings with massive windows and 3 fireplaces! The kitchen had custom Bosch appliances with not just one oven but 2! The best part of this home/community? Their backyard not only overlooks a golf course, it was the breathtaking views of the mountains. As I continued to look around, there was knocking at the front door. It was them again. They were surprised that I was still there since it was getting late. The story behind why they left was there was another home in the same community for sale and after looking at it they realized that this was the home for them. They took one more look around and the rest is history.

💸 The home was listed for $1.050 and we ended up closing at $1.025. I was able to negotiate $5,000 in credits and on top of that have the sellers take care of termite!

It was such a pleasure working with Josh & Stephanie and am excited to see what personal touches they'll be putting into their new home! 🏠
