Since last update we have installed 108 solar panels, 2 EV charging stations, completed all the interior electrical & plumbing, underground utilities, and public road work for the city. Currently working on the pavers and landscaping. After that we just have to get the certification of occupancy and get those units rented! Let me know if you know someone who’s looking for a brand new place to rent!

A lot has been done this year. We have completely framed 2nd and 3rd floor, finished the roof, added windows and doors, trash enclosure, shoring wall, public street water main upgrades, rough plumbing/electrical/HVAC/fire protection system. However, it was not all sunshine and rainbows. There were multiple delays and cost increases due to supply chain issues, inflations, and rising interest rates. We are almost at the finish line and can’t wait to see the finished product!
