Today, celebrating 31 years of not smoking ci******es. It's amazing how you can be prompted to quit smoking when you see your little baby pick up your discarded cigarette butt and attempt to emulate what you had been doing without a thought. Disgusting habit, smoking ci******es. Discarded ci******es are an amazing amount of trash left on the ground and are toxic...
Anyone else quit anything?

I just got off the phone with a top lender and insurance is turning into a major closing issue. If you get a quote you like, get a binder immediately! Don't float the quote!
The daughter/borrower had co-signed a loan for her mom when she was quite young and in college on the home in which she also lived. Recently she was also taken off off the loan and the home. At some point in the past there was an insurance claim on the property by the mother.
The daughter who is now purchasing her own first home no longer qualifies for down-payment assistance nor did she get the super attractive quote for insurance, in fact, that company declined to write the policy at all. The lender, had to search for a company to write a policy that will cost her $1000 more per year, and they will be closing late.

I just watched a caltrans worker remove a sign and destroy it from The corner of highway 8 business and los coches road...
So when you call them because your sign is missing and they say they don't have it, they really don't have it they destroyed it.
