Mission accomplished for our Chicago Client! 🏚️🔜🏡
How does it feel turning over a 50 year old Condo into a brand new luxury condo with ocean view balcony.

Finally finished this project last couple days, didn’t go as expected with timelines but it was done!✔️

After having to deal with HOA giving us hard time,
and bitchy neighbors complaining at 9am our start time about the noice and got moved to 9:30 start time it was a headache but we did not give up and still got it done.
Full demo, new LVP flooring, Bathrooms completely tiled all bathroom walls and floors with modern finishes , all windows have solar charged motorized roller window blinds,
Made a great entertainment area in living room with heating fireplace wrapped with 96”x16” porcelain tile and bonus strip lights,
Ceiling new lighting, wall sconces, new outlets & switches.
Full modern 2 tone look kitchen with oak style cabinets in the bottom and White matte European on top and a 7’ island, with a completely finish tone of quartz countertops with an overhang in the island and halfway waterfall on laterals.
Finished tones hardware black and chrome handles and finishes.
