WOW! New zip code 91910 2-4 unit sold record by over $250,000! I originally sold this property to my client about 1.5 years ago for $775,000 and we just closed at $1,575,000 at over $950 a sqft, which is more than double! This sale wasn’t easy though… we went through multiple escrows, a changing market, appraisal gaps, underwriting hurdles, tenant adjustments, coordinating termite clearance with occupied units, and much more… but with a great team, all with the same common goal of getting the deal closed, WE GOT IT DONE! It’s such a rewarding feeling closing on an difficult deal and creating a win win result for all parties involved.
