That's why it's common to enjoy a sunny beach day in the morning, then drive an hour and find snow in the mountains during winter.

It's one of the biggest reasons people fall in love with living here.

Far too often we hear negatives about San Diego...

We hear about:
- Cost of living
- Traffic
- Politics
- Changes to the city
- etc.

As a Realtor, i've helped hundreds of people buy here.

They buy here becasue they want to be here and everything else is just noise.

Every city has their flaws, San Diego isn't an exception.
