Sue FitzGerald, Realtor Sue is a 28 year member of the San Diego Real Estate community.

Having moved from South Africa in the late 80s, she made a career switch from being a teacher to a Realtor and her passion for the industry is most apparent. Over the years she has transacted on rentals, single family homes, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, units and vacation rentals. Along with her excellent negotiating skills and knowledge of the inventory she continues to expand her knowledge of new guide lines and loan programs. She doesn't leave a stone unturned to find the "right house" for her clients and has frequently helped her clients secure some private financing to close a deal.
