There’s so much more to custom home building than what you see in the finished images. The homes we share can take years of planning, coordination, and construction to bring to life—and just as much work happens behind the scenes to make the process run well
As owners, we’re proud of that work, too. We’re constantly looking for ways to refine our building process, strengthen our operations, and continue raising the standard of service we provide our clients
That’s one of the reasons we’re part of a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Builder 20 Group, meeting twice a year with fellow builders to dig into everything from construction to business operations
Last week, we had the privilege of visiting Summit Pointe Builders Inc. and seeing firsthand a team that not only builds with exceptional craftsmanship, but puts just as much care into the relationships and experience they provide their past, current, and future clients
We left inspired and energized—and look forward to bringing those conversations, ideas, and lessons back to CHB as we continue working on the business, not just in it
