I don’t think Instagram allows enough characters to fully capture this journey, but I can’t thank my clients enough for hanging in there through the highs and lows of this often times challenging market. Their persistence and unwavering faith in me were deeply appreciated. In hindsight, I’m glad our first offer (on the first property we toured together) wasn’t accepted, as it allowed us to build a relationship where I now consider them friends of mine.

Upon completion of the Listing Agreement, we were still in a highly favorable Sellers market. However, due to outstanding items unrelated to the sale between the Sellers, by the time we were on the market, interest rates had nearly doubled from when we were initially anticipating to list, and we were seeing over 30% of homes in the marketplace see price reductions. Not ideal.

By the time we came on the market, it took two failed Escrows to finally get this to the finish line. Fortunately, both Buyer and Seller walked away feeling satisfied… just how I like it!
