We closed on this value add 19 unit apartment building to remodel in Bradenton, Florida with our partners and Its the first investment our new fund has invested in and we have more deals coming. It brings our total units under management to 376 and we have over 400 units in escrow scheduled to close the 1st quarter of next year.
