Life..... Becoming a father has certainly not been a walk in the park but me and Andrea are learning every step of the way-each and every day!🤗 Bryar is 10 weeks old today ,can’t believe it’s been over two months already. He has already taught us so much patience, time management, and sacrifice. Even though at times it’s rough running on low sleep and a to do list a mile long our hearts at the same time are more full than they’ve ever been.
I can’t wait to continue to watch you grow and change into a little boy and a young man one day. I get so excited thinking about celebrating your first words, your new facial expressions, the first time you crawl/walk, teaching you to throw a ball the list goes on & on.
I catch myself just staring at you whether you’re smiling back at me or crying your head off and just realizing how innocent and precious you are. You are a true miracle and my life is 1 million times better with you in it. I love you little boy! 💙👶🏻🤗

I truly love Real Estate and think it’s an incredible opportunity (especially here in San Diego “America’s Finest City”) to invest your time, money and efforts. Not every deal makes sense and it’s definitely a timing thing for each individual and or family.
