Born and raised in Los Angeles, I hold the county and people close to my heart. I still have family and friends there, and tragically three of my friends have lost their homes in the fires. My heart is heavy with sadness, and this devastation feels deeply personal. Knowing the fire ravaged areas so well, I am compelled to do my part to help those who have lost everything and may be seeking a fresh start in San Diego.

To support these families in their time of need, I am donating 100% of my commission to those who have lost their homes in one of the current Los Angeles fires that work with me. I wish I knew how to truly comfort those affected. This overwhelming tragedy is unimaginable, and I can’t begin to fathom the depth of pain and sorrow so many are enduring with the loss their home, and everything owned. Hugs, don’t give up. 💕

Just an FYI — Good evening neighbors, home buying is forever changed!🏡

Did you know? Starting August 17th a REALTOR® can no longer show you a property without a signed agreement? It can be exclusive or non but it must be signed. This means they can’t even unlock the door 😳 without it.

Doing so, and getting caught, results in possible sanctions 💰💰💰💰💰

A buyer's agreement legally binds buyers to that particular REALTOR® for an agreed-upon timeframe, spells out their compensation, and details their duties to you.

Now, as with sellers, buyers must truly hire their REALTOR® or agent.

Hiring a team that has many years of experience matters more than ever before.

Sellers always interview agents, and now so will buyers, who must take this more seriously.

Yes, sellers can still pay a buyer's agent commission, but it’s no longer listed in the MLS.

Now, buyer's agents must call listing agents to confirm if and how much the seller will compensate. They then communicate this to the buyer, and the buyer can decide how to proceed.

We practiced this way, home Buyers and home Sellers hire us for our knowledge and experience.

You can hardly get an electrician or a plumber to come to your house for free. Their time is valuable and so is mine and our team.

Educate yourselves so you aren’t irate when an agent explains this to you. A buyer's agent can offer valuable services and protect you from legalities that can cost you thousands.
