We are looking for a leader!!!
The Crew Lead Trainee is responsible to lead a crew of men to execute a move safely, professionally, and with a smile.
Our company is looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team of local Movers. If you like to work with your hands and enjoy physical work. You’ll work well with our team.
There’s lots of variety - no two days are at the same location. You’ll be part of a great crew. Working together to move our customers’ items from their current homes to their new ones. The work is physical and really rewarding when you see the relief you give the customer by getting them out of their old home and into their new one. Plus, they often tip for great moving experiences!
What you’ll get:
• Paid Training. Moving experience isn’t required. Previous experience in general labor, sports, or other physically demanding experience is an asset
• Pay: Starting pay (depending on experience) ranges from $19+ per hour. There are also opportunities for tips, overtime hours, bonuses, and other incentives. Most see this averaging $30-$36/hr (all in)!
• Variety. You’re not stuck in the same environment. You’ll be out in the community moving customers locally. Days move quickly.
• Great Culture. Our Move crew is great. We work hard, have fun, and take pride in helping customers. You’ll build friendships and we put on social events too.
• Rewarding. Moving is stressful for people, so when we show up, uniformed and happy, the relief we bring is really rewarding. You’ll see.
• Great Owner. Our company is a family-owned, local Southern California business run by a great local business leader that cares about employees succeeding in a positive work environment.
• Challenging work. You will be moving people’s belongings and even large household items. We’ll provide you with all of the equipment and safety gear to do this well. And, you can skip the gym - you’ll get your workout on the job.
• Flexible schedules. We’ve got full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available based on a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during peak moving seasons.

Job Requirements
1. 24 years of age
2. CA Drivers Licence
3. Reliable cell phone
4. Clean-cut, well-groomed appearance
5. Pass a drug test
