🎥 🎈✝️ Buying your first home can be a roller coaster of emotions, but I promise to land the plane safely. ✝️ 🎈🎥 Author: Christian Israel Ramos - This home we named UP, after the PIXAR movie. After viewing a couple of dozen homes, in different cities, we narrowed it down to this one. Sending only 1 offer and getting it accepted. Additionally negotiating $15,000 towards closing cost and $3,000 for repairs. I can do this for you and your family as well. During our escrow, there was some negotiations that had to be done with the seller. Ultimately experiencing some good news and some bad news for and . The good news is that the team and myself were able to get everything resolved. The bad news was that most of the time I was hungry. Hahahaha! This became an ongoing joke, always starting with some bad news and good news. Truly want to congratulate the Medina family, especially the well behaved kiddos that were always willing to share their snacks. Just in time for the Super Bowl as promised.

🇺🇸 💸 🏡 One of the strongest wealth building tools is through real estate! 🏡 💸 🇺🇸 - Author: Christian Israel Ramos - This is the best and my favorite type of mail I receive two times per year. Once in April and the other in November. For those that don’t recognize this document, “yet”, it is the annual property taxes I pay for my home. I place an emphasis on yet because I’d like for everyone to become a homeowner one day. I share this, not to boost, but to educate those who are interested in becoming more familiar to homeownership. You see the way I see it, you’re already paying property taxes. As a renter, you are paying someone else’s property taxes. Making others and their families wealthier over the long term. Yes I know, just because you rent doesn’t mean you’re going to hell. It just means it’s serving it’s purpose for now, however with lots of sacrifice(s) you too can become a homeowner. When I purchased my 1st home, almost 16 years ago, I canceled eating out, not traveling, my cable, everywhere I could save just to savor the moment when I too could become a homeowner. Ever since then, homeownership is truly a gift that keeps on giving. Btw, interest rates were at the high 6’s low 7’s landing me at a 6.875% b/cs I had a FICO score of 807. Anyhow, I bought the worst home in the best neighborhood I could afford and boy am I glad I did. I’ve made major renovations over the course of the years and now it’s worth over two times what I paid for it. Not to mention, I owe pennies now b/cs I refinanced my home into a 15 year fixed down to a 3.875% two years after I bought it. All that to say is I have worked hard, earned a good income over the years and yet nothing else has ever helped me accumulate wealth and an inheritance for my children like the sacrifice(s) I made of buying a home. Oh by the way, stop renting a car too. Buy one cash, who gives a f@&$ what others say. Do whatever it takes for you and yours!

🙏 🎸🎄”I promise you’ll have a GREAT Christmas, with plenty of tamales to unwrap and more!🎄 🎸🙏 Author: Christian Israel Ramos - This is the promise I made to both these families, my seller and the buyers side. Prior to the rate hike everyone’s been talking about, my client asked me to list his home. The market was about to shift, but guess what, that’s what real estate does, has always done and will continue to do. So shut up, stop crying about it and and find a solution verses focusing on the problem. This is exactly what I always do when faced with what I call, “an opportunity!” So off we go, finally getting into escrow, instantly feeling the turbulence on this one. To no fault of the buyers agent and/or the buyers. As a professional realtor, I have one or two choice words about the lender but I won’t. At any rate, pun intended (hahaha), after discussing the matter collectively we all agreed to fire the lender. We had the buyers meet with , my preferred and trusted lender and got the job done all the way to the finish line. The selling and/or buying of a home isn’t always easy, yet with the right team, solution finding can occur for a win, win situation. The generosity and patience of my fellow Spartan (client) really made a difference, the tenacity of lender Andrew Quezada and team and my TC just all came together to help me keep my promise. As you know, “l’ll do whatever it takes!” And that I did.

🤬 🎬 🤝 “Sometimes not all divorces are amicable and simply become a business transaction between two! 🤝 🎬 🤬 Author: Christian Israel Ramos - After interviewing for the job to sell this home due to a Court Order Sale, I knew as a professional REALTOR and my past experience, I would be able to represent both parties on the sale of their house. Let’s face it, divorce is a difficult subject to talk about and even more difficult to go through one. However once I was able to point out all the key points best suitable for all involved, everyone was happy. Communication is key and it’s one thing I pride myself in. So throughout the process, I did so and worked around graveyard and swing shifts, furr babies and language barriers. I always do “whatever it takes!” Considering any/all challenges we are facing in todays current market and the home needing many repairs, my clients were happy we got the job done. Only a 6% decrease on the price improvement made by negotiating with Judy Chan of Reddoor International Realty. Awesome agent to work with, if you ask me. Side note, for those that don’t know what a red door on the front of a home means, call me and I’ll fill you in. Anyhow, all parties were content and I know I can do the same for anyone else who may be going through a DIVORCE and needs to sell a home. After all, when going through the “D” word, once explained you’ll realize it just becomes a business transaction deal mutually benefiting both in the long run.
