Rates moved this month. Here's the honest truth for SF buyers. 👇

July was not kind to the jumbo loan, which covers most SF homes above $832K. It jumped nearly half a point in 30 days. On a $1.4M purchase, that's hundreds more per month than buyers were paying July 1.

The one win? FHA rates actually dropped. The only loan type that moved in the right direction all month.
