Want to start off by saying, Happy Holidays hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with their love ones!
One day I received a message and to my surprise it was my former Manager who I haven’t seen for over 10+ years!..
I’m sure some of you (my old WM family) know who this very sweet nice Lady is..🙂
Anita reached out and needed my service to help find her Mother and her daughter a home.
We started our hunt in the city of Stockton, which is where her family was located.
We found a couple communities, but none of which we both felt were ideal for her elderly mother and her daughter.
There’s times I encourage my clients to open up their options due to certain circumstances, and also it would be in their best interest.
Trust me when I say when it was the best decision that was made in our journey.
I was able to negotiate on a 🏡 in Sacramento with multiple offers and relocated Anita’s family closer to her.
