Residential real estate year in review - San Francisco market. During the pandemic we experienced complicated dynamics in supply and demand. Spring of 2020 started with a crash but ended the year with a very nice recovery.

2020 was indeed an extremely disruptive year. Traditional open houses were put on pause and many normal seasonal trends were upended. However, despite all of the challenges and uncertainty, the San Francisco market remains strong.
