I’ve been eager to coordinate on a transaction that leveraged Proposition 19, and that day has come! My client is in process of selling his home in Long Beach, CA and we will be transferring the assessed tax value of that home to his soon-to-be new home in Alameda! We toured 20 properties and made an offer contingent on his sale in Long Beach and he is beyond excited! I'll be with him to line up contractors to make his new home exactly how he wants it to be!
