Today is the first day ever to sell one of my properties.

I acquired the property in 2019. I invested a very small amount for cosmetic work. I rented the property for one year and then refinanced the property and pulled out all my capital plus some.

I decided to sell the property, because equity built up nicely and I am slowly reallocating all my real estate investments to multifamily properties.

I love the conveyor belt concept!
