The San Francisco real estate market came into 2026 with real momentum.
Houses are still the most competitive part of the market.
Fast sales, strong demand, and consistent bidding.
Condos are quieter, but stronger than they’ve been in a while.
Less noise, more stability.
Multi-unit is split.
Duplexes are getting pushed. Larger buildings are moving slower.
Cash is also showing up more, especially above $3M.
That changes how deals get won.
