Today is an emotional day for me. 21 years ago my son was born and I became a mom at 9:05 PM. At that very moment, I knew I had to push myself to be a better me for him. It has been a journey, stressful moments here and there, but a wonderful journey. I have always made sure he doesn’t need or want for anything and will continue to make sure without hindering his growth. And he deserves it ALL and ALL that God has for him. All the sacrifices I had to make has been well worth it and I am so damn proud that I have raised a young man that is smart, intelligent, creative, caring, and considerate of others. Maaaan yall don’t understand how much I love him and who he has become. I will give my life for him. Happy 21st birthday Shay.

Mortgage rates may finally be headed down.
