A huge congrats to our first time home buyers—Their dream of owning a house in San Francisco is now a reality!

Competing for property in San Francisco Bay Area can be a challenge in itself. Lack of inventory and overwhelming competition can intimidate buyers, but I’m here to remind you that there’s nothing to be afraid of. Sure, competing against 27 offers might feel like the odds are against you, but when you’re in the right hands, you’re almost always guaranteed to win.

After touring multiple properties, our clients got their offer accepted for the most gorgeous house! There were hugs and tears of joy when I gave them the keys to their new home, which served as a reminder as to why I love being a Realtor and a lifelong friend!
