Meet Diego Herrarte, a member of our asset management team.

Diego works closely with the operations team across our urban portfolios to optimize performance and execute strategic planning for each asset. He first joined HZ as a Summer Wheel Intern in 2024 before transitioning to his current role.

He holds a degree in Finance from Menlo College and previously attended City College of San Francisco, where he served as captain of the football team.

Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and exploring the California outdoors.
