Supply and demand are coming back into balance, occupancy is rising, and banks are healthy and lending again — bringing back 1031 exchange capital to the sector. The HZ Evergreen Fund continues to grow with its 10th property contributed from our nationwide portfolio, and it now offers investors the ability to invest cash, as well as contribute property directly through our 721 exchange platform in exchange for Fund shares.

Hamilton Zanze Contributes 10th Multifamily Asset to the HZ Evergreen Fund

Hamilton Zanze has added The Highlands in Overland Park, Kansas, to the HZ Evergreen Fund, bringing the Fund to 10 properties and surpassing $300 million in net asset value.

The contribution of its 10th property is an important milestone for the HZ Evergreen Fund since its launch in 2024. The Fund is structured to deliver diversification, quarterly distributions, and long-term tax efficiency, and the firm is expanding how multifamily property investors can participate through its 721 exchange platform.

The Fund now holds properties across Kansas, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington, and is targeting at least 50 institutional-quality communities at scale.
