This house is so sweet. The same family has owned it for generations. It’s a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with 1,903 square feet on a big lot. It’s so sweet inside and very, very clean. Everything has been beautifully maintained. It’s kind of rare that you go into a home like this where nothing has been changed. It’s almost like a shrine to the woman who lived there. Her little bed is all made with a teddy bear, her reading glasses are next to it, and there’s a portrait of her and her husband when they got married. This couldn’t be more charming. Everything has been beautifully maintained. It’s kind of rare that you go into a home like this where nothing has been changed. Except for the wallpaper and carpet. One of my favorite properties on the market right now. 1900 Danvers. This 3BD/2BA duplex near the Castro is a fabulous, untouched 1970s time capsule. Wild wallpaper, incredible views, a pool, and even something called “the Screw Room.”

It’s like Liberace moved to the Castro and never redecorated. Gaudy, fabulous, and really cool.

Beautiful Noe Valley fixer with great views and tons of charm. Hopefully not too much fixing! Whoever buys it should preserve the architectural integrity and leave all that gorgeous wood natural. Refinish the hardwood floors, paint the walls, and do a clean, understated kitchen. I love the wallpaper, the pink kitchen, the light, and all the character that’s already there.
