Spring is here, and real estate loves a good backyard, especially in San Francisco. If you’re a seller with any sort of outdoor space—whether it be a garden, roof deck, or balcony—maximize it! A little pruning/bed clean-up, added pops of color, staged patio furniture, and/or lighting can showcase space and functionality, looking exceptional in photographs and exuding that homey feeling in person—key parts of properly marketing a listing to get the price you want. ☝️👍
