While we don’t have AI chatbots just yet, we’re leveraging tools like Zapier to automate emails at various stages of our workflow. 💌 It’s all about working smarter, not harder!

About the other night… We traded our burp clothes for party fits and had a blast at another beautiful wedding this summer! 🎉 Congrats Abe and Francis!

Can we take a moment to shine a light on how stunning my wife is? 😍 Couple that with her Thizz face and I’m the luckiest man around.

This was our first night out without the little one, so we got real loose on the dance floor! 🕺💃 Until I hit a wall at the end after three days straight at the firehouse 🤣

Anyway, nothing beats being silly and letting loose with my lover. Here’s to many more nights of laughter, love, and questionable dance moves!

We enjoyed a tasty Bahn Mi at a Richmond District favorite. 🖼️ Took in the art at the DeYoung Museum.

And we visited the crew at Station 10 to introduce them to Liam. There were like five babies born in less than a year to members of this House 🤯 including our boy. Something’s in the water over there…

🌺 Aloha from Hawaii! Sharing a glimpse of our recent adventure with our littlest travel buddy, Liam. Swipe left to see how we conquered Hawaii with a 4-month-old! 🍼➡️

1️⃣ First things first, shoutout to the real MVP, my Mama! 🙌 From diaper duty to pool watch, she was the lifesaver we knew we needed. Thank you Mama💞

2️⃣ Resort life with a baby? I had my doubts, but turns out, it wasn’t a bad color on us! 🏖️ Who would've thought Liam would enjoy the sound of waves more than his white noise machine? This little dudes was falling asleep IN THE WATER Y’all.

3️⃣ The WEDDING! 🎉 You guys, Liam stole the show in his Aloha fit. I swear, the bride was more excited to see him than us 🤪

Lessons learned? Babies can adapt more than we give them credit for, ALWAYS bring at least one Grandma (my mom goes by Glama), and never underestimate the charm of a baby in formal wear. 🤵👶

Here’s to more family adventures! Where should we jet off to next? ✈️

This has been a stellar week y’all 🌠 And not just because my wife scored this awesome shirt that reads “Parmigiano & Burrata & Pecorino & Gorgonzola” while thrifting…

🤸🏽‍♂️ We secured an insurance relocation contract for one of our Housing Partners in Oceanside. This is for a 2 month term with the opportunity to extend month to month.

💼 AND we partnered with our friends at to secure another Insurance Housing Contract here in Shoutout Yay Area!

In the last 24 hours we’ve submitted 8 partner properties for consideration for other relocation contracts.
🫵🏽 That’s 8 opportunities to potentially full our operators vacancies
🤝 That’s 8 chances to nurture our working relationships with these relocation companies
🎯 And it’s 8 opportunities to refine our offers, systems and processes

We’ve been working to build our business And it’s paying off.

Happy Mothers Day to all you beautiful ladies out there. I want to highlight three generations of important Mamas in my life.

❤️ My lovely wife , thank you for choosing me and gifting us our son. You’re doing a great job. I never doubted your ability for a minute, and seeing you with our boy brings me so much joy.

🩷 Mama, thank you for your unwavering support. You’ve always been my #1 fan and sense of calm and security. Thank you for believing in me.

💜 Grandma, you lived fully and intentionally. You took risks for your family. And you always sought out more education. I will pass on your many lessons to my son.

I love you all.

All of these problems hit in a different way 🥊

But they need to be dealt with regardless 🏋🏽

You’re going to run into all kinds bumps on the road to success in real estate. I understand MTR in theory is supposed to be passive, but I think that pertains to once you’ve found your stride. Setup your systems 🤓 Nailed down your processes.

I’m not the guy that has it all figured out 🦤 But I am the guy who will ask the questions and take action. And I won’t let a few setbacks stop me.

🚀 You can be that person too
