As a University of California, Berkeley graduate, with a degree in Sociology, he has developed the skills to analyze and deeply understand interpersonal interaction. His studies

George has been coaching youth basketball since he was in high school, volunteering at leagues and camps throughout the Bay Area. George is now an AAU basketball coach and a coach at Capuchino High School in San Bruno where he continues to develop the next generation of basketball players.

Congratulations to our sellers!! After just two weeks we received an above asking offer for our client’s home.

One great service that we provide at City Real Estate for our sellers is our listing prep. Take a look at before and after pictures of the home. All the improvements provided extra value which bumped up the price and allowed us to market to a different group of buyers who want a more turnkey, move in ready home!

After a quick home search we were able to find the home Ashleigh and Jack loved. We connected with the listing agent and negotiated to get the home under asking price! Next thing you know, we are in contract! Just a few short weeks later, after getting inspections done, signing documents, we were CLOSED!

Congratulations to Ashleigh and Jack for purchasing their first home!

Honestly my favorite part about working in real estate is working with first time homebuyers. It's really the most fulfilling part of this line of work for me.

Ashleigh and Jack are incredible and are going to make such great homeowners. I'm honestly so very excited to see how they make this home theirs. When walking through the property, they told me all their plans and their vision is great!

I want to thank them so very much for letting me help them in this journey. I'm so honored and appreciative to have been a part of such a tremendous step in their lives.

I wanted to take a moment to celebrate and congratulate a friend of mine on her amazing accomplishment. We have a new homeowner on our hands! 🏡❤️

Shalisa, I am so honored and proud to have helped you through this process. It was such a fun and sometimes stressful process that at the end of the day was really rewarding.

Shalisa, you are such an inspiration! You are a single mother who works tirelessly to provide for your beautiful baby girl. You set a goal for yourself and worked endlessly to accomplish that goal. Every day you did something that took you closer and closer to that goal and at the end of the day you did it! You now have a beautiful home that you can share with your daughter, mother, and siblings.

Thank you again so very much for letting me guide you through this process. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for believing in me. Joining you in this experience is something I will never forget and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity you gave me.
