An interest-only loan allows you to pay only the interest on your mortgage for a set period (usually 5–10 years).

💡 What does that mean?
🔹 Lower monthly payments—at first
🔹 No reduction in the loan principal during the interest-only period
🔹 Payments increase after the interest-only term ends

Best for: Short-term ownership, investment properties, or buyers who expect higher income in the future.
📌 But be careful—once that interest-only period ends, payments can jump!
