Paid study for teens and young adults from California!

The California Healthy Communities Study is looking for participants ages 15-20 from CA to take paid, online surveys. Share your opinions about your community and receive some extra cash.

Study Details:
👉 Format: Surveys through your phone or computer that can be done on your own time
👉Compensation: $25 for each completed survey with additional bonuses

The CHCS is a collection of studies with 3,000 youth and adults in California about alcohol and other drug use, and how these behaviors relate to drinking in different contexts, neighborhoods and community environments.

We are looking for people who v**e, which includes using e-cigarettes, v**e pens, mods, and other va**ng devices, to be in a research study about informational labels on e-cigarettes. You must be 21 or older and use e-cigarettes or v**e pens that contain ni****ne. This study will NOT ask you to quit va**ng. Eligible study participants will have an informational label placed on their va**ng device and refills/pods.

Being in the study lasts for one month and includes two in-person sessions at our study office in San Jose and taking three online surveys at home.

Week 1: session at our San Jose office (45 minutes)
Week 2: take online survey at home
Week 3: session at our San Jose office (30 minutes)
Week 4: take online survey at home
Week 5: take online survey at home

For the two in-person office appointments, you bring in the v**es and refill materials that you use regularly. We will ask you to bring in 2 weeks’ worth of refills (e-liquid bottles, cartridges, pods, or disposable v**es) that you plan to use over the next 2 weeks. For the duration of the study, you would use only va**ng devices labelled during the previous in-person session.

As a study participant, you can make up to $285 for completing the two office sessions and taking three online surveys.
