What an honor to contribute to Marin Independent Journal 's North Bay Woman Magazine Spring/Summer edition which came out in the Sunday edition on Mother's Day.
The Magazine's mission is "To celebrate and empower women in the North Bay and to promote real women with real stories".
Many thanks to Lori Pearce, producer of the magazine for inviting me to be part of this special effort, her Passion Project; and to Rob Devincenzi, IJ publisher, for hosting this magazine.

Having helped a few of my female clients, whether single or with partner, with the purchases of their homes, I marvel at the strong, independent, and successful women I have been fortunate enough to meet and work with. I watched them take the lead to learn, understand, steer, and make decisions on this most important financial and emotional investment they will make in their life.

The article describes the rise in status for women through hardwork, the trend I saw in women home buyers/owners, and provides home purchase tips that apply to women and broader community. Thanks for reading!
