Working as a consultant after earning an M.B.A. in Finance from Pepperdine University led Uche Nchekwube to obtain a Broker's license in 2006. He has spent much of his career in Real Estate focused on new construction, especially San Francisco Luxury high rise properties, but has also worked for Bank of America in Consumer Real Estate as a loan officer. Uche has years of experience in the San Francisco high rise market, luxury property and has also helped clients buy and sell distressed properties (Short Sales, REO's, etc.). Uche was part of the team which sold The Montgomery, and the team that sold Arterra as new homes on behalf of the developers of those popular San Francisco hi-rise buildings. After working for BofA Uche had worked for other brokers, both international and local for 10 years before becoming independent in 2016. Uche's expertise with finance allows him to give buyers an advantage when considering their financing options, and all clients an edge when it comes time to consider property as an investment, negotiating and pricing it accordingly.
