My “aha” moment came during a relentless search to break free from crowded markets and the barriers of conventional investment strategies. That’s when I uncovered a hidden gem — condo conversion — an often-overlooked, untapped path to exponential wealth creation. Taking the leap with my first project, I also uncovered a critical gap in the market; the absence of comprehensive services tailored for projects beyond large-scale developments. Driven to bridge this divide, I created the White Tiger Fast Track Condo Conversion™ (FTCC) program — a proprietary system that streamlines the process, bringing condo conversion into the mainstream, giving widespread access. My innovative approach redefines housing by addressing unmet market needs, driving financial growth, amplifying social impact, and championing sustainability — creating new opportunities for all. With over 25 years of diverse business and real estate experience, my journey began in childhood, working in my family’s mom-and-pop restaurant, and then transitioning in helping my immigrant mother with her property investments — a legacy I continue today. Rooted in a lifelong calling that began in Florida and then over two decades in San Francisco, rising from humble beginnings to success. Along the way, I’ve navigated corporate roles, startups, small businesses, entrepreneurship, and gained expertise in both residential and commercial real estate — leading to the creation of my own company. Through grit, hands-on experience, a master’s in business administration, experience as an adjunct instructor, and hard-earned lessons from overcoming challenges and breaking glass ceilings, forging a path as a transformative leader. Today, I am dedicated to empowering and guiding others to create lasting wealth with purpose, while driving meaningful change and thriving in this dynamic new era. I’ve spoken with the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau and currently serve as a public representative for City College of San Francisco on the MA Advisory Committee for the Education Review Board.
