This one was special. Congrats to my lovely French buyers on purchasing their very first home in the US. I was very lucky to have met Georgie at an open house who explained to me that she was stuck with steep rent in Cole Valley. After looking for 3 months, we were able to find a place that hit all of her requirements: a gated property with plenty of rooms to accommodate her and her children, a guest room for when her sister visits from Paris, and within close range to work and to the kids’ schools. We put in a strong preemptive, and with persistent communication, not to mention working with a fantastic lender like Lillian from Caliber Loans, we were able to close on time and without a hitch. I’m lucky to do what I do, and build the bonds that I do with my clients.
